책소개
『길이팽창』은 상대성이론에 흠집을 내려는 의도가 전혀 없다. 오히려 상대성이론의 부족한 부분을 채우고, 현재의 상대성이론을 더욱 상대성이론답게 세우려는 의도에서 만들어졌다. 이 책은 상대성이론의 길이수축을 부정하고 길이팽창을 주장함으로써 많은 것들을 해결해 나간다. 그 동안 답답하고 애매했던 것들을 속 시원히 해결해준다. GPS에서 길이수축이 발견되지 않는 문제, 광속불변의 원리와 길이수축이 충돌하는 문제, 상대성이론의 불변량과 대칭이 깨어지는 문제 그리고 수많은 패러독스들이 길이팽창이론으로 인하여 말끔하게 해결된다.
저자소개
저자는 1964년 대구에서 출생하였다. 1982년 수업 중 밀러의 실험이 생명의 기원을 재현한 것이라는 설명을 듣게 된다. 직관적으로 그 실험이 틀렸다고 판단하고 그것을 밝히기 위해 1983년 영남대학교 화학과에 진학한다. 그러던 중 밀러의 실험이 오류라는 게 이미 밝혀졌다는 것을 확인하고 상대성이론으로 관심을 돌린다. 곧바로 길이수축에 오류가 있음을 확인한다. 1987년 영남대학교 화학과를 졸업하였고, 1989년에 석사과정을 물리화학 전공으로 졸업한다. 그 후 연구한 것을 모아 1995년 LENGTH EXPANSION을 출간한다. 그 과정에서 러시아 JINR의 V. N. Strel’tsov도 같은 연구를 하고 있다는 것을 확인하게 된다. 1999년 경상대학교 화학과를 물리화학 전공으로 박사과정을 마친다. 2013년 『기독교과학』을 출판한다. 최근 고등학교 교육과정에 상대성이론의 길이수축이 포함되는 것을 보고, 이를 안타깝게 생각한다. 그래서 다시 길이수축의 모순된 사실들을 알려야겠다고 마음먹는다. 2015년부터 유튜브에 길이팽창에 관한 동영상을 올린다. 2000~2002년에는 대구 폴리텍6대학 겸임교수로 재직하였다.
